Who we are

Celly for After Effects ("Celly") is made by Berend van Eerde, trading as Move it Media, Arnhem, the Netherlands. Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 81369077. Email: support@moveit.media.

What these terms cover

These terms apply to the use of Celly and of this website. The general terms and conditions of Berend van Eerde also apply. Celly is not on sale yet. Before it is, the licence and sales terms will be published on this page.

Your data and your work

• You remain the owner of your spreadsheets, files, After Effects projects and the comps you make with Celly.
• Celly only accesses your data as described in the privacy policy.
• If you connect a Google account, your use of Google's services also falls under Google's own terms. You can withdraw Celly's access at any time on your Google Account permissions page.

Use with care

Celly changes After Effects projects: it creates, changes and removes comps. Keep a backup of projects that matter. Liability is limited as set out in the general terms and conditions.

Law

Dutch law applies to these terms.
